These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of academy.emergingummah.com and enrollment in any course, tutoring session, webinar, or program offered by Emerging Ummah Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or registering for a class, you agree to these Terms.
Enrollment & Registration
- Enrollment is completed via our registration form or by direct message on WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook.
- You agree to provide accurate information (name, contact details, and course preference) when registering.
- Students under 18 must register with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
Classes & Scheduling
- Classes are conducted online; access details (video call link, group, etc.) will be shared after registration is confirmed.
- We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session.
- Class times, teachers, and formats may occasionally change; we will notify you of significant changes in advance where possible.
Fees & Payments
Where a course or tutoring program has a fee, pricing and payment details will be shared directly during registration. Any fee policies (including refunds) will be communicated at that time.
Conduct
- Students and parents are expected to engage respectfully with teachers and fellow students.
- We reserve the right to suspend or end access to classes for conduct that disrupts learning or violates Islamic etiquette expected within our community.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, recordings, and content shared by Emerging Ummah Academy are for the personal educational use of enrolled students and may not be redistributed or resold without permission.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate, high-quality Islamic education, but courses are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from use of this website or participation in our programs, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
